About Bayside Life Centre & Katie Taylor
Katie Taylor has been a practicing Myotherapist in the Bayside area since 2000. In 2002 she did further studies in Lower Limb Biomechanics, and in 2014 she completed combined studies in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine. Katie has also completed the first and second degree training in Reiki, and is a registered Reiki practitioner.
Katie’s focus is on guiding her patients to make dietary and lifestyle changes; supporting them with nutrients and herbs to help them achieve the highest state of health that they can.
She has a special interest in the treatment and management of chronic conditions, especially those affecting the nervous system, such as chronic pain, insomnia and anxiety, as well as mental health conditions, such as depression, Bipolar Disorder, Autism and Aspergers Syndrome.
She is also experienced in the treatment of conditions resulting from chronic inflammation in the body.
Katie is currently completing a Bachelor of Medicine Management with Professional Honors in Complementary Medicine with the University of Tasmania.
